For the team at ROBINHQ.com we are now looking for an onboarding manager. Since October 2020, ROBIN is part of CM.com. The team consists of 25 people and delivers market-leading customer service technology to commerce brands in B2C, B2B and D2C. With a ‘white glove’ customer service approach, ROBIN is the only customer service company in the world that proactively helps customers boost service performance and create operational stability – each and every day. Example of clients are SmartPhoneHoesjes, Wijnvoordeel and Topbloemen.

What you’ll do
With your organizational skills and customer centric mindset you help customers smoothly onboard the ROBIN product suite to the agreed timeline. The onboarding phase is a crucial step in our customers’ buying journey. As you never get a second chance to make a first impression, this experience has to be outstanding.
As an onboarding manager you will work in the fast-growing ROBIN customer success team in Arnhem. Your team mates will show you the ropes and you will quickly learn all the ins and outs of the products. In your daily job you translate our customers’ needs into the best possible product setup and optimal feature usage. Together with the new customer you will organize a kick off, agree to a project plan, train the team and safeguard planning. In addition, you offer guidance and deliver support throughout the onboarding process and beyond. Once the customer is live, you will hand over the customer to their dedicated Customer Success Manager.
