CM.com is growing fast, now that the world is preparing itself for Conversational Commerce. All major chat apps such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Apple Business Chat and WeChat are opening up new business applications with integrated payment possibilities. We are uniquely positioned to enable our business customers to connect with their audience through these mobile communication channels.

We are looking for a top talented project manager to facilitate our International Expansion and give your career a kickstart. You will be joining the team of our General Manager International to scale up the global CM.com Business rapidly by setting up new local businesses in serial mode. You will develop clear processes and operational model to set up business locally and partner with various internal functions (HR/Legal/Tech) and external bodies (Government/Bank/Consultancy services). You are the liaison with (new) country managements in bridging the cap with HQ functions.


Main activities

  • Core responsibility is to get new local business up- and running within 90 days
  • Manage and monitor a pipeline of country organizations that are in different stages of development, requiring different levels of engagement with partners ranging from establishing initial contact to running the business.
  • Partner with HR to fill pipeline of with interesting candidates, set up employment and benefits conditions
  • Partner with Legal to set up local entity, bank accounts and other relevant licensing and permits.
  • Manage cross-country team collaboration by sharing best-practices and project management
  • Visit prospect countries and locations
  • Support General Manager and local management with large, multi-country commercial propositions
  • Support the GM international on the global growth plan by analyzing expansion opportunities and assessing potential risks factors 
  • Provide insight and business performance forecasts to keep track of the growth of local businesses


Requirements & Skills

  • Intellectual (highly ranked MBA or equivalent)
  • Global citizen, can take various cultural perspectives, preferably have lived in various (emerging) countries
  • Strong set of personal ethics and values
  • Fluent in English
  • Located in Paris, London or Amsterdam
