CM.com is growing fast, now that the world is preparing itself for Conversational Commerce. All major chat apps such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Apple Business Chat and WeChat are opening up new business applications with integrated payment possibilities. We are uniquely positioned to enable our business customers to connect with their audience through these mobile communication channels.

This is an entrepreneurial opportunity to be a Country Manager and grow CM.com within the Scandinavian area, operating from Copenhagen. We need a go-to-market business leader who understands omnichannel customer experience, engagement of mobile messaging and brings a relevant network.

In this role you will be responsible to expand our business within Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. The first phase you will set up your office in Copenhagen and hire your team according to the ‘Winning by Design’ model. In the second phase you and your team are focused on acquiring the largest and most innovative clients in key verticals. Focused on business areas such as the Payments, Ticketing, Chatbot, Mobile Marketing Cloud, Mobile Service Cloud, E-signature and many more SaaS solutions. A few examples of clients that use our SaaS solutions to interact with their clients are: Booking.com, Takeaway.com, Randstad, Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix, Parkmobile and many more.

You own the responsibility for developing and maintaining key account plans that identify opportunities, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales. You are the HR responsible person for the Scandinavian.

Together with the centralized headquarters in the Netherlands and its sales, marketing and product management, you will devise a go-to-market strategy, based on the understanding of the market's specific challenges and needs, working closely with them to execute the plan. In this role you will report in to the Head of Central Sales.

Requirements 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other commercial field
  • Background in Enterprise Sales for telecom, mobile or marketing technology. It is a plus if you are familiar with OTT messaging platforms.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience and a proven track record of success
  • Prior experience in setting up a new (geographical) market is a plus
  • Located in the area of Copenhagen, Denmark
  • Fluent in English
  • Internal title will be ‘Country Manager Denmark’
