The Challenge

To further increase the growth of our Sales organization we are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious Renewal Managers with excellent contract negation skills. In this role you will be part of the Sales team, that is located at our headquarters in Breda. As Renewal Manager you will focus on’s customers within the Software proposition and provide them a high level of specialization. As Renewal Manager you ensure that our customers proactively manage their agreements. You will negotiate and renew complex commercial SaaS contracts, while liaising with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers ensuring customer satisfaction and retention and completion of risk analysis.

What you’ll do

In addition to this, you will:

  • Manage the renewal process to ensure renewal closures; maximize maintenance revenue;
  • Particular focus on’ s top-tier customers & partners with multi-year contracts;
  • Build and manage long lasting relationships with key customers and partners;
  • Lead the renewal sales cycle from proposal stage to contract renewal;
  • Manage administrative tasks like contracts, policy/procedures, maintain data in system, reporting;
  • Sell enhanced support offerings aligned to customer needs (identify opportunities, prepare/pitch offerings);
  • Maintain revenue by applying increases as contractually allowed, reinstatement fees, billing fees, etc.
  • Upselling existing deals amongst clients;
  • Create and execute a customer renewal strategy.

You have the freedom to show your entrepreneurship and gain the confidence to work independently. The success in your role is reflected in the renewal rate. Our ambition is a renewal rate of more than 95%. 


We are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration or similar field of study preferred; 
  • Minimum 5-10 years’ of work experience in sales; ideally with a tech or SaaS based company;
  • Work experience in a role as Renewal manager or equivalent;
  • Commercial drive;
  • Skilled contract negotiator and strategic thinker;
  • Your communication skills are above market standards;
  • Great social and convincing skills; 
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English; Dutch is preferable;
  • Experience within the technology markets SaaS / CPaaS is a distinct advantage;
  • Experience with conversation / customer contact platforms is a pre;
  • Located in travel distance of our HQ or other offices in the Netherlands is preferable.
