To support the rapid growth and international expansion of our organization, CM.com is looking for a Sales Manager to lead our SME Sales team. We are looking for a seasoned sales professional who is eager to drive the success of this team to a higher level.

What you’ll do


In this role you will be responsible for managing the SME Sales team, a fast growing team. The focus of team will be on small and medium-sized enterprises. You will have an end to end scope. Meaning that you will still be involved in business development but on the same time, you will drive the success of the team to a higher level. You will guide the team to qualify all the leads and connect with our Marketing and R&D departments. Driving sales, creating sales plans, target settings and coordinating with the internal organization. Setting team goals, coach and motivate the team.

The Sales Manager reports to the Head of Central Sales. Internal title is ‘(Sales) Lead’. The SME Sales team is part of CM.com's bigger Sales organization.


What we’re looking for


  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration or similar field or study;
  • At least 5 years’ (direct) sales experience;
  • Passionate about sales and a commercial mindset;
  • Track record in coaching, coordinating and managing a team to success;
  • Excellent communication skills, in English and Dutch; 
  • Good analytical skills and you’re able to value leads and identify opportunities; 
  • Great convincing, negotiating and closing skills;
  • Experience within the technology markets SaaS, CPaaS or UCaas is a distinct advantage;
  • Experience with the SaaS Sales methodology is preferable;
  • Availability: full time job.
