Sales Representative - German market 

A two-year program to develop your professional skills within sales


Location: Breda, Utrecht, Amsterdam.

Sales Organization within CM.com

In order to further stabilize and grow our world-wide sales organization, CM.com offers a 2 years long Sales Traineeship (which is equal to a full time job). During these two years you will develop a broad variety of sales- and managerial skills to grow into a real sales professional, ready to further move into a desired position in our global sales organization.


The Sales Traineeship

During your two-years of Sales Traineeship, you will find yourself accomplishing three phases. Every phase relies on three modules in your day-to-day activities:

· Learning on the job;

· CM Academy and professional sales and skills trainings; and

· Active coaching and mentoring from colleague-buddies and team leads.

The Sales Traineeship takes place in Lead Expert Team of CM.com: a talent pool for the international sales organization full of enthusiastic, ambitious and entrepreneurial colleagues. Your main goal is to create highly qualified sales leads for our products and software portfolio. By working according the SaaS Sales Methodology, you will be responsible for educating, qualifying and developing new target accounts and inbound sales leads.

Besides your personal development, you will focus, together with your fellow Traineeship-colleagues, on improving and stabilizing the sales organization and its processes. You will work closely together with CM.com’s marketing department and Account Executives of the various sales PODs *.


Who we are looking for: You

· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a commercial direction;

· Ambitious in having a sales career;

· Business level of German ( at least C1 level)

· Fluent level of English

· Eager to grow in the sales profession;

· Assertiveness to think outside the box;

· Eye for continuous improvement;

· Entrepreneurial team player skills;

· A beautiful personality and willingness to get inspired and to inspire others;

· You live in travel distance of one of our offices in the Netherlands;

· Availability: full time (40/h week)

*A sales pod is a team of salespeople that works as a cohesive unit. A pod typically contains some combination of SDRs, AEs, and CSMs. A pod essentially functions like an assembly line — with each salesperson fulfilling a specific responsibility that enables the level after them in the pod's sequence.
