What you’ll do
You will start your Sales Traineeship with an intensive training period in which you will be trained on the SaaS Sales Methodology. With the thought: make how you sell as important as what you sell! You will start immediately with a 7-month campaign in which you will be further trained and coached while working. This enables you to achieve good results within the first 7 months. After achieving success in those 7 months you enter the next sales phase where you end up in the Traineeship with running your own campaign with a team of sales representatives. If you are doing great, after this campaign, you will move on to possible roles within CM.com’s (international) sales organization, like: Account Executive, Field Account Executive, Customer Success Manager or Account Manager.
The Lead Expert Team is a new team set up to provide the other sales teams with highly qualified leads. In this role you are the first link of the sales train, which is a very important one. You educate, qualify and develop target accounts and inbound leads to create sales-ready leads and opportunities. As Sales Representative you will work closely together with Marketing who will take care of incoming leads and with the Account Executive of one of the Sales teams for which we run a campaign. In this way you get to know the sales organization and CM.com in no time and you’ll become a real sales professional.
