And because they are in such close contact with our customers, they also help other teams proactively respond to customer needs. Because of our fast growing and innovative product portfolio, it is important to keep your knowledge and skills up to date. This means your scope will expand and change constantly, creating new challenges along the way.

This enthusiastic team of skilled Network Operators, Genius Representatives and Customer Support employees is based in Hong Kong, China, Germany, France, Belgium and the headquarters in Breda (the Netherlands). The fact that customers and colleagues are all over the world means, you will be in contact with different cultures each day. Our high-tech monitoring center and ticketing software make sure the organisation runs smoothly.
