To help us achieve this mission we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist

What you’ll do

You will be working in our Network Operations Center (NOC), it’s beating heart of CM.com and available for 24/7. It’s an unique service we deliver to our customers and why our customers choose to work with us. You will be responsible for monitoring our services and troubleshoot when necessary, you will work together with IT, development and product teams and cooperate with colleagues from all over the world. From problem identification to complete solution, you manage matters by telephone and e-mail.  You are curious, like to dig in to things and have a problem solving mindset.

What you offer

  • Bachelor level, preferably with a technical background;
  • You have a natural interest in tech/IT and preferably knowledge in SQL;
  • You are able to work independently and like to multitask;
  • You have can-do mentality and a continuous improvement mindset;
  • You are flexible and like working in a changing organization;
  • You are a good communicator and able to help our clients in English and preferably in Dutch;
  • You live in travel distance of our office in Breda (HQ).
  • You are available to work in 5 shifts (schedule 222; 2 days, 2 evenings, 2 nights)
