To help us achieve this mission we are looking for a Technical Specialist
What you’ll do
You are the single point of contact for our clients, you listen carefully and take care of their needs. You are responsible for the handling of their questions, mainly technical. We are in transition to fully 2nd line, however it can happen that you also take 1st line question of our clients. In the end you ensure the happiness of our customers, you have intensive contact and take care of expectation management. You support clients with the implementation of the Robin features and the different scripts. For instance you discuss the API connection with the stakeholders of our client.

It’s a multichannel customer contact application which integrates different channels like VoIP, email, WhatsApp, FB messenger and many more to follow. In this feature-rich agent workspace our user see all the incoming messages and create maxime value to handle all those questions. Example of clients are SmartPhoneHoesjes, Wijnvoordeel and Topbloemen.
