Therefore CM.com is looking for a User Interface/ User Experience (UI/UX) Designer to join our team.
As a User Experience Designer at CM.com you will translate insights from business, user research and technical developments into solutions, ensuring that even the most complex features are a seamless delight to use. You will be working in a data driven environment together with the various SCRUM development teams to create innovative and engaging software products and apps.
You use your expertise to develop user flows, wire frames, concepts, prototypes and usability analyses, research and document best practices, and create client-ready interfaces with a clear look and feel and according to the CM.com Design Language System (DLS). You also continuously search for valuable improvements to existing user flows and the DLS based on your own research.
Together with your fellow UX and UI colleagues, you take ownership of UX designs and improvements you suggest, through thorough internal and external testing, customer feedback and working closely with developers.
