For our Credit Collection team, a part of CM’s Finance team, we are looking for a professional who knows exactly what to do to reach our goals. Do you have what it takes to join our company in Breda as a Credit Manager?


A day in the life


As a Credit Manager, you play an integral role in ensuring our day-to-day financial health. Your goal is to structurally improve and optimize our collection process. You will be in contact with our worldwide customers on a daily base ensuring our invoices get paid in time while maintaining a high level of customer service.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance
  • 2-4 years of related experience
  • Deep understanding of the accounts receivable function
  • Ability to maintain a positive presence in high-stress/fast-paced work environment
  • History of driving process improvement and system automation with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • High level of proficiency with Excel
  • Experience with Onguard collection software is preferred

Your responsibilities

  • Respond to accounts receivable inquiries from customers, internal and external, via email and phone, and follow up when necessary
  • Working closely with our sales- and support teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Perform the companywide reminder cycle and daily actions in Onguard
  • Register and guard payment agreements
  • Identify and drive process improvements
  • Support monthly credit management reporting
  • Introduction and implementation of interest invoices
  • Support and back up other team members as needed
