The Challenge

Ever since our foundation in 1999, CM.com has made it its mission to help businesses interact and do business with their customers using mobile technology. Creating innovative products for our clients resulting in easier, safer and faster (mobile) communication.

Therefore CM.com is looking for a Corporate recruiter to join our HR team.

People are CM’s most valuable asset and with motivated and enthusiastic employees we can strengthen our organization. As Corporate Recruiter, part of CM’s HR team, you are responsible for attracting unique talent for CM. You try to find out what people are passionate about, what they are good at and what makes them happy at work In this way you are constantly looking for the best match. You play an important role in realizing CM’s growth ambition and you need to be creative to make the difference.

As Corporate Recruiter within CM.com you’re responsible for the entire recruitment process: from profiling CM’s employer brand in the market up to hiring the best possible candidates in order to fulfil the company’s needs. Sitting down with hiring manager in order to draft a new job advert, post via the regular but also outside the box channels. Source, screen and shortlist the best candidates. Work with the hiring manager to create an interviewing and evaluation strategy and together decide who is the best fit for the job. In the final step you will draft an offer letter and sign the chosen candidate.

At this moment the recruitment team consists of three recruiters working on different roles within CM.com. Every vacancy at CM.com is unique and has its own complexity, on one hand you are searching for developers and the other hand for marketers. However most of our vacancies are in the R&D department or within Sales. At CM.com we think in opportunities. Therefore, next to recruitment, we have some cool projects in the pipeline like using (our own) Chatbots, or setting up an onboarding flow to welcome our new employees. If you have any cool idea’s on how to upgrade the recruitment process we ware more then happy to hear about it.

 

What we’re looking for

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience as recruitment consultant or corporate recruiter in a fast paced work environment
  • Experience in recruiting Sales, Marketing and/or IT Development professionals
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch
  • Living within travel distance of Breda
