To help us achieve this mission we are looking for Global Manager Compensation & Benefits.

What you’ll do

In this role you are responsible for our global total rewards strategy. You will design and implement an effective global and regional compensation & benefits program that is in line with the company strategy. The current compensation & benefits program provides a solid foundation for you to develop a global strategy in one of the fastest growing tech companies in the Netherlands. These are the pending and future projects:

  • Designing an international, scalable and future proof salary structure;
  • Development of local compensation & benefits strategy in line with corporate total rewards strategy;
  • Implementation and continuation of new short and long term bonus schemes for senior management.

This includes, but is not limited to; writing the yearly remuneration rapport, inform and advice the management board and Nomination, Selection and Remuneration committee. Ensure a competitive level of pay by continuously benchmarking the salary ranges within Tech/Saas sector and investigate creative reward possibilities to compete in this market. Secure a successful adoption of the various projects, you will be the subject matter expert and go-to person for questions regarding compensation and benefits.

You will be part of the HR team and work closely with the HR business partners, HR operations and management. You will report in this role to the Head of HR.

What you offer

  • Master degree in Business Administration, HR or comparable;
  • Approximately of 10 years of working experience and at least 5 years within C&B;
  • Thorough knowledge of international compensation & benefits, pensions, social security laws and regulation, tax and legal elements;
  • Preferably you have experience within a listed company and equity programs;
  • Fluent Dutch and English, written and spoken;
  • You are open to travel at least one time a week to our HQ in Breda, other offices are located in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Arnhem, Maastricht (NL) or Mechelen (Belgium).

  • You are a self-starter with a vision on compensation & benefits;
