To help us achieve this mission we are looking for a HR Business Partner.

What you’ll do

You are responsible for all HR matters for our Finance and Marketing department. It concerns a broad, independent HR position, in which you proactively advise, guide and support the department as a fully-fledged business partner in the entire HR field. Think of topics such as development, performance management, talent management and absenteeism. You give training sessions or presentations when needed and you answer a variety of HR questions.

You are the face of CM.com’s HR in the business; it is important to work on internal relationship management with managers and employees. You are a true HR Business Partner for the managers, you understand their business to support and drive management to obtain their business goals.

As HR Business Partner will be part of the HR team: the HR Manager, HR Business Partners, HR Operations and Corporate Recruiters. You will be work closely together with your team and also with the team leads / managers the departments Finance and Marketing. 

What you offer

  • Preferably a Master degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline;
  • At least 5 years’ relevant HR Business Partnering experience preferably within a tech/saas industry;
  • You have a strong business acumen;
  • You have an inspirational vison on HR and knows how to make people grow;
  • Good knowledge of the Dutch labor law;
  • Fluent Dutch and English in written and spoken;
  • You are available for at least 32 hours a week;
  • Living in travel distance of our office in Breda (HQ).
