CM.com is looking for a legal professional with a ‘can-do’ mentality who knows what is required to reach our goals. Do you have what it takes to join our legal team in Breda as a Legal Counsel?
The Legal Counsel will provide practical, business oriented legal advice to a fast-paced and global demanding business in the following fields of law: privacy law; intellectual property law; and general contract law.
What you’ll do
As a listed company, we have high standards for the quality of our business processes. In the role as Legal Counsel you will help to ensure CM.com’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations, review, draft and negotiate the legal documents and protect the company from legal risks by advising on various topics.
Your main focus will be on privacy law, intellectual property law and general contract law.
The position requires a focus on client service, professionalism, confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and a high level of attention to detail. Reporting directly to CM.com’s Head of Legal and based in our Breda HQ office. As a Legal Counsel at CM.com you will have a unique opportunity to work closely with CM.com management and other support departments, support all of CM.com’s international offices, assist in M&A projects and give support in negotiations/tenders.
