Because of the rapid growth of our organization, CM.com is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our HR team.

You are a vital member within the HR Operations team. It’s your responsibility to make sure all the salaries are paid on time, for all our colleagues in the Netherlands which is around 400 employees. You support your direct colleague who are responsible for the foreign entities. Besides salary you are also involved in the HR Administration, to draw up contracts and make sure all the information is in the HR system (Cobra).   

You are precise and make sure the salaries are processed in the right way, check the changes and make corrections were needed. You manage to get this job done and love to see that all you colleagues get paid for their hard work.

In this role you work closely together with your team, the HR Business Partners, Recruitment, Finance and our IT supplier SD Worx.

There is room for improvement and it’s appreciated when you have ideas to optimize the process.

What we’re looking for

  • You work and think on a Bachelor level and have preferably a background in HR or Business Administration;
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience;
  • ‘Praktijk Diploma Loonadministratie’ (PDL) is a pre;
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch;
  • Living within travel distance of Breda (our HQ).
