Therefore CM.com is looking for a Brand Activation Specialist to join our Marketing team.

As a Brand Activation Specialist you are responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing brand awareness programs on a global scale, in order to grow the international brand awareness of CM.com. With the ultimate goal to increase brand recognition and brand preference online and offline, on all channels. By nature you have the urge to measure the impact of the brand awareness programs working from a baseline measurement. You are part of the Brand & Customer Engagement team and work closely together with our Creative team and Demand Generation teams as well as with external agencies and creatives.

CM.com has a clear vision and mission supported by our brand values and heritage. CM.com works with great brands such as BMW, Radio 538, UNICEF and The Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix. With these and other great customers we recognize the great potential to further activate the CM.com brand.

You are the driving force behind the creation of an integral brand awareness program. This could be a combination of online (e.g. SEA, display, online events) and offline (e.g. events, OOH) campaign tactics warming up audiences to get to know our brand.

Building smart partnerships and understanding what makes our target audiences move will help you to activate our brand with impact. You report to the team lead of Brand & Customer Engagement. This team also carries responsibility for customer engagement, employer - and internal branding.

 

Requirements:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing & communications
  • Three years of relevant working experience in developing brand awareness programs
  • You have a relevant network in the business sphere
  • You have strong analytical skills, the ability to persuade and innovate and you have an eye for different stakes.
  • In addition, you have a strong problem-solving ability and the talent to inspire and encourage others to collaborate.
  • You have experience working in international oriented environments
  • You are stress resistant: you can handle multiple tasks at the same time and excel creatively when deadlines have to be met


Bonus points if

  • You have experience with scrum
  • You have affinity with performance marketing programs
