CM.com is growing fast, now that the world is preparing itself for Conversational Commerce. All major chat apps such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Apple Business Chat and WeChat are opening up new business applications with integrated payment possibilities. We are uniquely positioned to enable our business customers to connect with their audience through these mobile communication channels.

For the CM.com Product Marketing team we’re looking for a Product Marketer which understand the market of payments and/or e-commerce. The Payment methods are usable within the channels which CM.com is delivering to their clients and within the e-commerce domain. Beside the payments methods CM.com has also different software solutions which are payments related. One of them is Mobile Order to facilitate festivals and leisure companies. Especially with Covid-19 the demand is very high.   

 

What you’ll do

As a Product Marketer for Payments you are to become the expert on the payments market. You will do this be staying informed about the latest innovations internally but also externally. Additionally, you will keep track of the market: by analyzing what our competitors are doing and what the demand is from potential customers.

You will process the knowledge you gather, so it can be used as input for product development, sales enablement and creating content for marketing. It is therefore essential to work closely together with the Product Manager and Sales Representatives for these products.

Among the marketing collateral you will create are highly convincing slide decks, that both you and your sales colleagues can use for sales pitches or webinars, webpages that you’ll update via our CMS and whitepapers that can be used to generate leads.

 

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other commercial field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B Marketing role preferably for a SaaS/Marketing Technology company
  • Experienced in content marketing, writing use cases, calculating Return on Investments
  • Fluent English
  • Located in the area of Breda
