To help us achieve this mission we are looking for a Product Manager Sign.

Can you remember that your ink ran out when you really needed to print, sign, scan and resend a contract or other important document. With all the digitalization this is in the past and CM.com is one of the frontrunners if it comes to innovation. Our Sign product has gone through a steep growth the last year and now we are looking for a dedicated Product Manager to optimize this product on the Development side and create more awareness (inter)nationally to facilitate this growth.

You will develop the roadmap, vision, definition, design and deliver the underlying platform systems and applications necessary to support continued system scale, a broadening product portfolio, the basis for new innovative product capabilities, and improve operational efficiencies related to these industries. Your objectives will be directly linked to business metrics such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The development team is based in Breda (HQ) and the sales team are located over 20 different locations going from Japan to North America and Cape Town to Munich.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Product Ownership: You will be responsible for product ownership. Execute against the roadmap based on strategy. Deliver capabilities that improve the customer experience and associated metrics
  • Partnerships: Build solid partnerships with key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing and Development
  • Planning: prioritize and manage the backlog for effective release and sprint planning. Evaluate trade-off decisions across the customer experience, development and operational support. Triage incoming bugs and maintain a healthy list of bugs to be resolved in the maintenance queue.
  • Discovery: Talk to internal and external customers to understand their challenges and opportunities. Research new tools, technologies, systems and methods to help deliver core product capabilities
  • Define: Facilitate requirements definition across teams to decompose and document releases, epics and develop executable user stories
  • Measure: Continuously monitor, measure and report on key metrics. Identify areas for continuous testing and optimization

 

What you offer

  • Bachelor degree, preferably with a technical background
  • Relevant working experience as Product Manager
  • Proven track record in launching and scaling a (SaaS) product
  • Experienced in subjects as: pricing, technical translation to and from developers, complex stakeholder management, structuring a roadmap
  • Launch, scale and ensure a stable product that sells globally
  • You are fluent English, Dutch is an advantage
  • You are available for 40 hours a week
  • Located in the Netherlands with a willingness to travel to Breda.
