First, you will need to create a free account on the CM.com platform. This account will give you access to your API key. Register here.

All requests require a product token, which you can find in the Gateway App, e.g. 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000.

You can use these extra Features to extend the possibilities of the Text APIs.

Address Book

Enables you to store your groups of recipients. Manage your contact through this API.

Channels

Allows you manage your channels and phone numbers. Add WhatsApp Templates, edit profile information etc.

Number Verifier

Validates any phone number and shows the formatting options, number type and determines the most likely carrier.

Transactions

Provides insight into each individual message send through your account, e.g. delivery time and status.

Account Balance

See how much money you have spent and how much credit is available in your account.

Conversions

Shows if the end user used the content of your message. Measures the success of your campaigns.

Chat button

Allow customers to chat with you via your website or webshop using the multi-channel chat pop-up. Apple Business, WhatsApp Business and your own live chat.
