Dear ETG 2026 community, Last week marked a special milestone again: only 200 days to go until the European Transplant Games 2026! The event is coming closer, and the excitement is growing.
Behind the scenes, we have been working hard on preparations and today, we are thrilled to share that our website has been updated with lots of new information. From packages and prices to participation guidelines and special events, you can now find everything you need to prepare for your registration, as the registration will open very soon from now!

Packages & prices are announced! |
We are very happy to finally share the event packages and prices. Take a moment to review our packages and prices so you can choose a package that suits you best!
During the European Transplant Games 2026, athletes, supporters and children can make use of a specially customized participation package. The content of each package may vary, depending on the type of accommodation selected (ranging from 2-star to 5-star, or without accommodation). The package table on our website clearly shows what’s included in each option.

Participation in the European Transplant Games is open to several groups, each with their own requirements and competition categories. And… we are excited to announce a brand-new competition category for this edition, which is: This means that even more people can take part in the Games, something we are very proud of! |

We are in the final steps of preparing the registration system. The last details are now being finalized, which means that registration will open very soon! Everyone who wants to participate; athletes, supporters, and staff members, must register using the official form, as long as they are part of a team or country delegation.
Important: completing the form takes time and requires careful attention. So please read our updated website thoroughly, especially the Packages & Prices page. |

In this story, Bart (NL) and Stijn (BE) share what happened during the WTG 2025 in Dresden, an event where they literally put someone else’s life before their own race. On Friday 21 November, they received special recognition for their heroic actions.
