One Platform, Endless Possibilities

Where visitors would typically navigate through online menus and payment pages, a simple question like “Where can I go on Friday?” is now enough on the platform. CM.com’s AI agent HALO handles everything—from finding an event to payment, confirmation, and even reselling a ticket if someone can no longer attend.

From Clicks to Conversations

These new agents operate fully autonomously and can collaborate on various tasks within a single platform. This is both innovative and unique. The agents answer questions, manage guest lists, sell tickets, process payments, and offer personalized upsells, such as notifying users when VIP tickets are still available. AI makes ticketing more personal, faster, and bridges the gap between visitors and organizers.

According to Jeroen van Glabbeek, CEO of CM.com, the strength lies in the collaboration between multiple agents within one environment: “During the Dutch Grand Prix in Zandvoort, we already worked with multiple agents on the platform. Visitors could ask questions to the organization, purchase tickets, reserve camping spots, access precise weather forecasts, or plan their travel. The results were remarkable. Visitors received relevant information faster, customer satisfaction increased, and physical contact moments decreased by 90%. This allowed the organization to allocate its available resources better.”

Setting a new standard for the Events Industry

CM.com combines artificial intelligence with existing communication and payment solutions on its proprietary HALO platform. This creates an integrated system that not only operates more efficiently but also better addresses the needs of visitors and organizers.

The timing of the launch aligns with current industry trends: “The events industry is evolving rapidly,” says Van Glabbeek. “AI is advancing at lightning speed, and many tools are fragmented.
