In Messaging analytics you can find a bird’s eye view on your traffic. Find messaging trends or export messaging traffic for further analysis.Messaging analytics is divided into 2 sections, the export section and the analytics section.

Via our analytics solutions you can combine different messaging channels like SMS, Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram, Twitter, Facebook Messenger, Apple Business Chat. More channels are made available for you continuously, since this landscape keeps changing.

Export: Export data in 31 day time frames.

Analytics: Get day-to-day, week-to-week or month-to-month overviews on your messaging traffic, delivery rate or conversion rate.

Export: If you want to export data, you need to click on DATA EXPORT in the top-right corner and select a time frame within which you want to know the data. Your file is then downloaded as export_messages.csv

Analytics: Messaging analytics holds the following structure:

  1. Filter
  2. Trend
  3. Parameters
  4. World view

In addition, most buttons are clickable to get you one layer deeper into the data. A few examples:

  • Select the messages per month and click on the month February, the parameters will then show the February numbers.
  • Click on the conversion rate parameter and the numbers are shown of the last 30 days, 7 days and 6 hours.o
  • Click on 1 of the three and the rates per country are shown. Click on a country and the rates per operator are shown. Click on an operator and the traffic log is shown of this operator.
