CMS User Interface Languages

At CM.com, our mission to make your experience with Conversational AI Cloud better is the foundation for everything we do. Part of delivering on that promise means continually improving the user interface to make sure you have an exceptional experience when you use the Conversational AI Cloud platform, wherever you are in the world.

Conversational AI Cloud’s user interface is available in three languages: English, French and German.

View our supported languages for the Conversational AI Cloud platform for more information.

Why Is The Platform Available in These Languages?

Because we understand that some of our users might want to use Conversational AI Cloud in another language than the one from the country they find themselves in, we have chosen not to automatically change the language based on the user’s geographic location.

New languages bring new opportunities and we believe this approach is key to expanding Conversational AI Cloud to new countries and regions of the world.

How Do I Change the Application Language?

Select your preferred language by clicking the "User" button.

Keep in mind that the language settings only apply to the platform interface such as the menu, buttons, descriptions, etc. Languages other than English do not apply to dashboard menus, filters, or our Support Portal.

How Do I Change the Project Language?

If you only have access to one project which contains multiple languages, you will see a globe icon in the user menu. Click this to open a pop-up window and select the language for the project you want to work in.

It is also possible to change the language in the URL by changing the culture. For example, if you are working in an English project you will see /en/ in the URL.

If you wanted to switch to the French project, you can replace 'en' with 'fr' in the URL.
