SIP Trunking - Regulations Singapore (+65)

Goal

Share information with regards to the rules and regulations of routing voice traffic within Singapore

Product

  • Voice

Steps

Voice traffic routed via international SIP trunks sent to Singapore destinations (prefix +65) with a Singapore CLI/Caller ID (prefix +65) will be filtered or blocked by local operators and carriers. While calls might succeed, no service delivery can be guaranteed.

International CLIs work as expected and will be delivered to the recipient handset without being filtered. This is in agreement with local operators and (wholesale) suppliers requirements. All other features of Voice calls should be successful.
