How do I invite a new CMS user?
To invite a user to Conversational AI Cloud CMS or add them to one of the projects you administrate, first select the CMS Users menu and open one of the projects on your list.
Next, click the blue “+” icon and fill in the form with the user's full name and email address and select the role(s)* you want them to have.
Click the “Invite” button to send the invitation.
* Advanced and Pro package will only have one CMS user role which can be assigned to the user.
