SMS Feature Support

For SMS the following functions are covered:

• Text, Dialog, and T-dialogs

• Limited media support

• Standardized integration with Conversational AI Cloud's Mobile Service Cloud

SMS formatting:

• Character limit of 1224 characters

• All messages will be placed in one bubble. No linebreak is supported.

• No text styling formats supported

• Table/Lists are not supported

• Media will be sent as a clickable URL
