Introduction

CM.com offers Conversational AI Cloud's customers a WhatsApp integration that leverages all native channel features and integrates with the CM.com product portfolio. This integration is available to all customers and requires no technical knowledge to set up.

Our WhatsApp integration offers the following set of features:

  • Text formatting

  • Media support

  • Native WhatsApp features such as WhatsApp Quick Replies, and WhatsApp List Messages

  • Standardized integration with Conversational AI Cloud's Mobile Service Cloud

  • Standardized feedback flow
