To support conversation designers working in Conversational AI Cloud, and to enhance the core Natural Language Processing (NLP), Conversational AI Cloud utilizes generative AI. Generative AI is a form of artificial intelligence that involves generating new content or data through a machine learning algorithm.

Within Conversational AI Cloud, generative AI is used to facilitate the work of conversation designers. Generative AI can assist in the following ways:

  • Generating an intent model (multiple intents and utterances) when starting with intents based on a description of your organization or the challenges it faces.
  • Generating new, unique utterances and test phrases for new or existing intents to quickly add recognition for a new use case, expand your recognition, or assist in the creative process of coming up with utterances and test phrases.
  • Generating Knowledge (closed beta), based on tone of voice, resources and input
