I get an error message when adding my suggested answer

Issue

When adding a suggested answer within Conversation tools in Mobile Service Cloud I get an error message. I'm not able to save the suggested answer.

You might encounter the following messages:

Resolution

"Something went wrong, please contact robin support via the support option"


Maximum number of characters exceeded:
When you encounter this error message, you might have exceeded the maximum amount of characters in the title. This can be a maximum of 100 characters.

Copy - Paste:
Another cause is that you copied and pasted the text. Sometimes something that isn't visible has been copied. Please try to paste your text in a notepad and copy it from that application.

"The suggested answer already exists"


Answer needs to be unique
There is already an answer with the same values.

"A potentially dangerous request.form value was detected from the client"

HTML code not allowed
This message will appear when you have HTLM text in your title or body of the suggested answer. An example is something like <body>. Please remove these parts.
