How can I check if a customer has paid (CM Payments)?

Resolution

Portal:

Go to 'Orders' and fill in the 2 Quick Search fields. Scroll down to find the order. When you see a green tick mark in the column Considered Safe, the order has been paid. You can also click on the order line to find the green tick mark next to Considered Safe.

Back office:

You can find the order in the back office via Reports -> Payment Cluster Details. Enter one of the 3 IDs and click Search. On the left hand side you will see the Payment cluster state. If the status is paid or closed_success, the order has been paid by the customer. Paid means that the customer has paid. Closed_success means that the money has also been paid out to your account.

Hoe kan ik zien of een klant heeft betaald?

Portal:

Klik op 'Orders' en vul de twee velden in onder Snel Zoeken. De betreffende order verschijnt onder in beeld. Als je een groen vinkje ziet in de kolom Considered Safe, is de order betaald. Je kunt ook op de orderregel klikken en het vinkje terugvinden achter Considered Safe in het vak met orderinformatie. Als er geen groen vinkje staat is de order (nog) niet betaald.

Backoffice:

Via Rapporten -> Details Betaalcluster kun je de betreffende order vinden. Achter ‘Status Betaalcluster’ vind je de status van de order terug. Als hier paid of closed_success staat, is de order door de klant betaald. Paid houdt in dat de klant betaald heeft, closed_success betekent dat de order inmiddels ook is uitbetaald.
