Portal:

You can find the customer details via Orders -> Advanced Search. Fill in one (or more) of the fields and click Search. Scroll down to find the order(s). If you click on the order line, you'll be redirected to a screen with order details including information about the customer.

Back office:

Log in to the back office and select Reports -> Payment Cluster Details. Enter one of the 3 IDs and click Search. The payment details will be shown on your screen. You can find information about the customer by clicking on the payment method. A pop-up window with customer details will appear.

Waar kan ik klantinformatie vinden?

Portal:

Je vindt informatie over de consument via Orders -> Geavanceerd zoeken. Vul hier één of meer velden in en klik op 'zoeken'. Als je naar beneden scrolt vind je de betreffende order(s). Klik op de orderregel om op de pagina te komen met gedetailleerde informatie over de consument en de order.

Backoffice:

Informatie over de consument vind je in de backoffice via Rapporten -> Details betaalcluster. Hier vul je één van de drie ID’s in die horen bij de betreffende order. De betaalgegevens van de order verschijnen op je scherm. Je kunt de klantinformatie oproepen door op de onderstreepte betaalmethode te klikken of op het PID-nummer ernaast. Er verschijnt een pop-up-scherm met alle beschikbare informatie.
