Resolution

We will process the payouts according to our payout schedule on the 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd of every month (unless it’s a weekend or a bank holiday. In that case you will receive a payout on the following business day). If you’d like more than 4 payouts per month, please contact us by email. If you’ve got a new account, the payout might be a bit irregular at first.

Wanneer ontvang ik mijn uitbetalingen?

De uitbetalingen vinden standaard plaats op de 1e, 8e, 15e en 22e van elke maand. Wanneer een uitbetaaldag in het weekend of op een feestdag valt, zal de uitbetaling de eerstvolgende werkdag worden verwerkt. Als je vaker wil worden uitbetaald, kun je dit via e-mail bij ons aanvragen. Bij een nieuw account, kan de uitbetaling in het begin nog wat onregelmatig verlopen.
