How to create an order/reservation in the dashboard

In seated ticketing, it is possible to create an order or reservation via the dashboard. This can be done in many cases, for example, for tickets for a sponsor, or when someone needs to be rebooked. Below is how this works via the dashboard:

1. Open the event for which you need to create an order

2. Select the venue section for which you want to place an order.

  1. Choose an available green seat(s), or the ticket type you need for a general admission section, these seats will turn yellow.

4.      At the bottom of the webpage, a shopping cart opens, click to open it with the arrow.

5.      Select the relation that the order is intended for from at the customer field, if it is not already in the system, it can be created by using the plus sign on the right of the input field.

6.      Please modify the following items if necessary: Access group, Ticket type, Note and Price. If you make any changes, you need to click once again next to the trash can on the right to apply the changes.

7.      If everything is correct for the order, click on Next in the bottom right corner.

8.      In the next step, you will first receive an overview of the customer and the order. In the second column, you can choose a payment method for the order. Here you can also choose a reservation option, and once you select this option, you will receive a notification of until when the reservation is valid. Once a choice is made here, you will proceed to the next step again..

9.      When making a reservation, the order is now completed. If you want to finalize the reservation, follow the following steps. An order that is not a reservation will still have another step 3, namely the shipping method. Here you can choose whether you want to email the tickets to the customer, put them on a guest manager account, or print the tickets. Finalizing a reservation

If you have chosen a reservation in step 8, there are two ways to finalize the reservation.

  1. If accounts are used in the shop, visitors can find the reservation in their account and complete it.
  2. A direct payment link can be sent to the event visitor. Follow the following steps.
  • Go to orders in the left menu.
  • Click on the recently created reservation and open it with the arrow on the right.
  • At the top of this page, you can click on "Copy direct checkout".
  • Send this link to the visitor to finalize the reservation.
