What to do if my CM platform account gets locked/blocked?

Resolution

Entering a wrong password will result in a lock after 3 attempts. The lock will have a duration of 30 minutes. After this period you can try again, but entering a wrong password will then, again, give a lock of 30 minutes. You can also click on the "Forgot password" button to request a new password.
