How to filter the inboxes

You can use the filter to narrow down your search for conversations in the different inboxes of the Mobile Service Cloud. For example: you want to read conversations from a specific user, with a certain tag which have a last message from last week.

The filter allows you to filter for the current state of the conversation, giving you the following three options:

  • Open, any conversation that's currently in a user's inbox.

  • Archive, any conversation that's currently archived.

  • Snoozed, any conversation that's currently snoozed.

This allows you to add an additional filter.
