Explanation of integrations with CM.com solutions - not Mobile Marketing Cloud

For many CM.com products it is possible to enable standard integrations with the Customer Data Platform. In this article, we explain what integrations exist besides the integrations with the Mobile Marketing Cloud, and what to do when you want to enable this integration.

What are the different CM.com products that can be integrated with the Customer Data Platform?

The following CM.com solutions can be integrated with the CDP (one-way):

  • Seated Ticketing

  • General Admission Ticketing

  • YourTicketProvider

  • Global Ticket

  • Appmiral

  • SIgn

  • Voice Campaigns

  • Conversational AI Cloud

  • CheckOut using PS (DocData) or PSP1.5

  • PS DocData

  • Messaging (via either Channels or Transactions API)

  • Mobile Order

The following CM.com solutions can be integrated with the CDP (two-way):

  • PSP1.5 (iDeal QR)

  • Scripted Chatbot

  • Mobile Service Cloud

Why would you want to set up such an integration?

With the integration of CDP and the CM.com products, you can enrich your CM.com solution. The Customer Data Platform is the data center of your solution and with the integration of other solutions, your CDP profiles will be provided with more and richer information, examples given:

CDP profile has:

  • started a conversation (Mobile Service Cloud)

  • raised a total amount of 20 euros by its personal iDeal QR code (PSP1.5)

  • completed a iDeal payment via checkout (CheckOut via PS Docdata)

  • started a conversation with a Scripted Chatbot (Scr. Chatbot)

  • purchased Tickets for Museum CM (Global Ticket)

By using the CDP, you can automate campaigns or send new web requests based on trigger events like the examples above using multi-step workflows. Therefore, you can enrich the customer journey based on the information you have centrally gathered about your customers.
