Description of the situation and the steps you have already taken
CM Payments B.V. cannot directly refund payments.
However, we will:
Contact the relevant webshop to investigate the matter.
Request that the webshop respond and take action within a reasonable timeframe.
If the webshop fails to respond or follow up, please let us know. In that case, we may take measures or impose sanctions on the webshop, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions, which every merchant connected to our platform is required to comply with.
Once we have received your report, we will review it and contact you if we need additional information or have an update from the webshop.
In addition to submitting your report to us, there are several steps you can take to speed up the investigation and keep track of the situation:
Check whether you have already contacted the webshop.
Keep relevant emails, payment confirmations, and screenshots.
Monitor your bank account for any updates or refunds.
