Chip handled over 100.000 parent queries in its first year directly, drastically reducing wait times by enabling parents to resolve routine issues through automated integrations with the company’s own webshop and self-service portal. Mobile Service Cloud seamlessly redirected complex inquiries to the customer service team, maintaining fast and personalised responses.
In 2024, The Rent Company began utilising our Gen AI Assistant, which supports customer service employees by summarising chat conversations and suggesting appropriate responses. Due to its seasonality, The Rent Company needs suppliers to provide dedicated points of contact, as there is one big annual learning curve.
