Breda, The Netherlands-based CM.com, global provider of Conversational Commerce solutions, is acquiring Yourticketprovider. Yourticketprovider was founded in 2012 and has sold over 10 million tickets over an 11-year period together with cultural label Get-a-ticket. Yourticketprovider sells tickets for major festival organizers such as Loveland events, the Zoo events and Kwaku Summer festivals. Get-a-ticket handles ticket sales for more than 30 theaters and stadiums, including the Leidse Schouwburg, the Goudse Schouwburg, Stadstheater Zoetermeer and Atlas Theater.
Strong Market Position
Through these acquisitions, CM.com further strengthens its market position in the events sector and obtains a strong position in the performing arts sector. Within the cultural sector, CM.com already has a growing customer portfolio through last year's acquisition of Global Ticket, which provides ticket sales for more than 150 museums in the Netherlands. In addition, CM.com currently offers the total customer experience from ticket sales to payment and fan communication for large festivals and sporting events, such as the Dutch Grand Prix. All this with a focus on Mobile First.
Both parties are known for the perfect customer journey for both organizers and visitors with extensive marketing options to personally approach visitors, which perfectly matches CM.com's strategy. In addition to ticket sales, CM.com will also process part of the payments from these ticket sales. Furthermore, all current and potential customers will be able to use CM.com's services, such as checkout solutions and extensive mobile marketing options in line with CM.com's Conversational Commerce proposition.

The 18 employees of Yourticketprovider and Get-a-ticket will join CM.com and will work at the Utrecht office. The current shareholders will remain active to further shape the global rollout of CM.com's ticketing solutions.
