Your business buyers order, check and reorder every day. From finding the right item to repeating a project order, every interaction should feel quick, accurate and effortless.
B2B commerce that connect with us
Business customers are companies with several buyers, sites and agreed terms. A missed order line or a wrong answer reaches the whole account.
See which companies, sites and buyers order less, and act before an account goes quiet.
Let AI answer product, order line and invoice questions. Your team takes the rest.
Send each contact the news or reorder prompt that fits their role, site and orders.
Show each contact at a customer only the orders, prices and invoices their role allows.
Tell the right contact about a delayed or split order line before they have to call.
Connect account, order and product data with marketing, service and payments, so every contact with a business customer starts where the last one ended. Start with the part that fits your biggest challenge and add more later.
Every store purchase, online order, conversation and payment event is written to one customer profile, for customers you can identify.
Store staff, support and marketing work from the same customer picture and pick up where the last team stopped.

Manufacturers
Manufacturers field product, spare-part and delivery questions from dealers, installers and, more and more, end users. The answers have to come from their own product and order data.
Wholesalers and distributors
Technical and building material wholesalers serve companies with several buyers, sites and agreed prices. Order lines, backorders and quotes have to be right for each one.
Resellers and IT distributors
Resellers and IT distributors sell many brands to business buyers who ask about stock, quotes and invoices. A fast, correct answer decides which supplier the buyer calls next.
AI is not about replacing our expertise, it’s about making it more accessible. The more we work with it, the more we see how it can strengthen the guidance we provide.

We were just fighting to get things done. We had to act to become future-proof. There is no growth without innovation, so you make sure everyone is aligned and informed, and you keep moving forward.
The Delivery Agent was ready in early December, but we chose not to go live before Christmas. We went live after the holidays, started monitoring daily, and when we updated the root agent to a new version, we caught unexpected behavior within hours because we were watching closely.
The process with CM.com went very smoothly . Fast switch. Easy contact. It does what it's supposed to do! That's why I'm so happy with our cooperation. We actually have as little contact as possible, which means it's going well.
Through our partnership, we at Sligro delivered 30 million personalized promotions, achieved a 5% increase in conversion rates, and saw an 11% rise in location visits, significantly advancing our mission to support food professionals in the hospitality industry.

Yes, through the available integrations and APIs. Before you agree the scope, review the order, product, quote and customer systems your first use case needs, because the data and permissions they open up decide what can be automated. CM.com does not replace your ERP or order portal.
Yes. Start with the part that matches your biggest challenge, such as marketing, service or payments, and add more as you grow. Pick one first use case, agree a baseline and connect the data it needs. Starting small may still need integrations with your existing systems.
When you decide it should. You set the requests and actions an AI agent may handle and define when it escalates. Your employee then gets the conversation and the relevant context in the shared inbox and continues from there, for example on a price question or a complaint.
Only what your own systems return for that buyer. Contract prices, credit terms and delivery dates stay in your order or finance system, and an AI agent reads them only where you allow it. It does not invent a price or a date, and it passes on anything it cannot confirm.
Against a baseline you agree before launch. Use resolution rate and handling time for service, reorder interval and incremental margin per account for campaigns, and completion rate for payments. Count a question as resolved only when no person had to pick it up.
A product question, a delayed order line, a repeat order that never came: tell us which one costs your team the most time, and we will show you how it looks with your own systems.
