Music Venue Hedon Chooses the Ticketing and Engagement Platform of CM.com

Hedon and CM.com will collaborate intensively over the next four years to elevate the overall visitor experience and internal processes to an even higher level. Hedon will receive all the tools to integrate ticket sales, marketing, and visitor support, allowing it to take a leading role in the world of music venues.

By using the all-in-one platform, Hedon aims to bring together different departments and streamline processes. This will provide valuable insights to sell tickets more intelligently, efficiently, and data-driven. Additionally, they will be able to communicate more personally and targeted through channels such as WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Instagram Messenger, Facebook Messenger, etc.

Data as the Driving Force Behind Marketing

With CM.com's Customer Data Platform (CDP), Hedon will be able to effectively consolidate visitor data and apply comprehensive real-time segmentation. This enables them to build a valuable database, send targeted communications to visitors based on personal preferences, and automate processes as much as possible.
